Sumner Development Corporation

Sumner Development Corporation was established to bridge the gap in affordable housing options within Sumner County, Tennessee, through the development and redevelopment of affordable housing properties.

The services provided by the Sumner Development Corporation include the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, renovation, repair, equipping, and placement of affordable housing options within the Sumner County area.

Projects are funded through a variety of strategies, including low-income tax credits (LIHTC).

It is the mission of Sumner Development Corporation to develop affordable housing options that are an asset within their communities and that residents are able to feel safe, welcome, and proud of their housing.
